Amazon has identified the root cause of the outage and is actively working towards resolving the issue. Not all Spiro customers are experiencing Spiro voice issues as this outage is only affecting certain regions.
Our technical teams at Spiro are monitoring the status of this outage in real-time and will post updates to status.spiro.ai as more information becomes available.
